Lamplighter Milk and Cookies ... and critters!

Lamplighter had their new student "Milk and Cookies" play date last night and Kendall had a blast!!  It was really cool to see her playing with her old friend, Javi, who is now at Lamplighter but was in Kendall's first two classes at the JCC.  He also used to be our neighbor so these two have known each other since they were three months old!  They probably won't be in the same class next year since Kendall will be going to the full day program and Javi is in the 1/2 day program, but they'll see each other on the (absolutely amazing) playground.

 

 

But in Kendall's eyes, what was "way more cool" than any kid there were the BARN ANIMALS!

 

 

 

 

 

Once she realized the coop was secure, she overcame her fear of chickens to feed them Cheerios. 

 

Chris looks less than thrilled in this picture (because it was freezing outside!), but I promise they were both having fun and Kendall was so excited for her Daddy to be there!
