We celebrated the 4th on the 3rd this year with a cookout and small fireworks at Nana and Saza's house with the Copolos.
The kids got a bit crazy. Might've been the ridiculous amounts of sugar.
The night of the 4th was travel time for me and Kendall. Preflight wine.
Which led to the purchase a preflight $10 beanie boo.
We were hoping to see some fireworks from the plane but it was too cloudy. And one of us was too busy clutching the seat with her eyes squeezed shut trying not to scream because of the roller coaster in the sky.
The other one of us was asleep.
The flight actually was bumpy enough that Kendall woke up and was nervous about it so we took advantage of the free in flight TV to watch the fireworks in NYC. At least we saw fireworks this year. Last year we were both asleep by 8:30!
